The tughra is flanked on either side by symmetrically arranged olive and laurel branches tied at the base with a floral ornament, above which tulip blossoms appear in low relief. A border of seven five-pointed stars encircles the upper portion of the design, separated from the rim by a continuous beaded border. The regnal year numeral appears below the tughra at the base of the floral arrangement. |
