Reverse description Large numeral '100' occupies the centre of the field, enclosed within a crescent open at the base and surmounted by a five-pointed star above, forming the national emblem of Turkey. Stalks of wheat flank the crescent on either side, curving outward toward the periphery. The denomination KURUŞ appears below the numeral within the crescent, and the date 1934 is inscribed in the lower exergue, framed by stylised oak-leaf sprigs. The entire design is enclosed within a toothed outer border.
