| 背面描述 | A panoramic watercolour-style vignette of the town of Klaksvík stretches across the centre and left of the note, with harbour vessels and buildings rendered in brown tones against a mountainous backdrop. A guilloche panel in the upper right bears the large numeral '100' over a fine latticework underprint, with a circular wheel ornament to the far right. The issuing authority legend is centred below the upper panel. |

| 备注 |
The Faroese 100 Krónur series has a complicated printing and issuing history — responsibility has shifted between Føroya Landsbanki and the Danish National Bank over the decades, and the security upgrades reflected in this Type 2 variant were driven largely by the broader Nordic push to harmonize anti-counterfeiting standards in the early 2010s. The thicker thread distinguishes it cleanly from earlier printings of the same Heinesen design, which had been in use since the 2002–2004 emission cycle.
Heinesen, a prominent Faroese painter, was commissioned to bring a distinctly local artistic sensibility to the series — an unusual arrangement given that most small territories with Danish monetary ties have historically deferred to Copenhagen's design apparatus.
