| Obverse description | Dark blue intaglio print on a pink guilloche underprint, with the denomination numeral '100' repeated in each corner and printed in large blue digits across the centre. An oval portrait vignette at the top centre shows a noblewoman in court dress with a crown at her side; flanking vignettes at left and right depict a standing figure and a coat of arms respectively. The issuer's name 'WESTERBOTTENS ENSKILDA BANK' arches across the upper field above the denomination legend 'ETT HUNDRA KRONOR' and the place and date 'UMEA 1883'. Three manuscript signatures appear in the lower portion, and a large violet 'MAKULERAD' cancellation overprint is applied diagonally across the face. |
