The note ran through an unusually long production span — over a decade — during which multiple signature combinations appeared, with the Gjedrem/Eklund and Olsen/Eklund pairings both dating to 2014, reflecting the governorship transition from Svein Gjedrem to Øystein Olsen in 2011.

The cotton substrate proved durable enough that heavily circulated examples often show ink wear before structural paper damage.
