备注

This note was printed in London during the closing phase of the war, commissioned by the Czechoslovak government-in-exile in anticipation of liberation. Bradbury Wilkinson produced the series well before the German withdrawal, meaning physical notes were stockpiled and then airlifted or transported into Czechoslovakia in 1945 to replace the Reichsprotektorat currency that had circulated under occupation.

The urgency of the reintroduction created its own problems. A currency reform followed in October 1945, limiting exchange amounts per household — a measure aimed at deflating wartime black-market profits rather than punishing ordinary holders.
