Beschrijving voorzijde	The left portion of the note is dominated by an elaborate green guilloche underprint framing a central oval vignette with the Bohemian lion rampant, flanked on either side by the numeral "100" in bold intaglio print. To the right, an Art Nouveau vignette by Alfons Mucha presents an allegorical female figure in classical dress, her flowing hair adorned with a floral wreath, set against an ornate foliate background. The header reads "REPUBLIKA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ" above the legal text, with "STO KORUN ČESKOSLOVENSKÝCH" inscribed in a decorative banner across the lower center, and the date "14. LEDNA 1920" printed below.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is printed in green and orange tones, with a central panoramic vignette of Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge viewed across the Vltava River, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. Two oval portrait medallions flank the central view: on the left, a Slovak woman in traditional folk costume and headscarf, and on the right, a Moravian woman in traditional dress with a white bonnet. The denomination is stated in five languages in bold lettering across the lower register, with "REPUBLIKA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ" arched across the top.
