Reverse description A finely detailed dorsal view of the Queen Alexandra's birdwing butterfly (Ornithoptera alexandrae), the world's largest butterfly species, is depicted with wings fully spread and outstretched in high relief at the center of the field. The intricate venation and wing patterning are rendered with exceptional numismatic precision. A beaded inner border frames the entire design. The denomination K100 appears in raised block lettering within the lower field below the butterfly, with an engraver's monogram visible at the lower right of the design.
