Opis awersu	A seated female allegorical figure holds a sickle in her right hand, resting among sheaves of wheat, rendered in a classical intaglio style. A green double-headed eagle vignette occupies the centre of the note. The design is framed by guilloche borders with bilingual inscriptions in Albanian and Italian.

Opis rewersu	The reverse is printed in brown and blue, with a large ornate guilloche frame incorporating repeated double-headed eagle motifs at the corners and along the borders. The denomination numeral 100 is rendered in large blue figures at centre, flanked by the bilingual legends FRANGA and FRANCHI above and below respectively. A monogram medallion appears at top centre and a circular cartouche at bottom centre, with penalty clauses for counterfeiting printed in Italian in the right margin.
