Beschrijving voorzijde	Orange-toned note with a central vignette of two oxen pulling a plow guided by two farmers in a field, rendered in fine intaglio engraving against a guilloche underprint. The Rwanda national coat of arms appears to the right, while a security rosette device is positioned to the left. The denomination 100 is printed in large numerals in the upper-right and lower-left corners, with the date 01-05-2003 and two signature lines for the 2ème Vice Gouverneur and Gouverneur visible below the central vignette.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse carries a scenic landscape vignette of a mountain lake with hills and vegetation in the background, executed in blue and green tones over a pale guilloche underprint. A large unprinted oval watermark area occupies the right-center of the note. A decorative security rosette device appears in the upper-right corner, complementing the overall geometric border design.
