| Obverse description | Central device features the Tunisian royal emblem — a stylised minaret-like tower surmounted by a crescent, rendered in an Art Deco geometric style — set within a circular frame. The Arabic legend encircling the upper field reads 'المملكة التونسية' (Kingdom of Tunisia), while the dual dates '١٣٧٠ - ١٩٥٠' (AH 1370 - AD 1950) appear in the lower central field.
