Obverse description Conjoined effigies of the four Belgian kings — Leopold I, Leopold II, Albert I, and Leopold III — facing left in overlapping profile, rendered in high relief. The regnal date is divided by a royal crown positioned at the top of the design. A five-pointed star appears below the portraits in the lower field. The engraver's name RAU is inscribed to the left of the busts.

Reverse description The crowned Belgian coat of arms — depicting the rampant Lion of Belgium on a shield encircled by an ornamental wreath — occupies the central field, flanked on either side by the denomination numeral 100 to the left and the abbreviation FRs to the right. A small decorative motif appears below the shield. The legend BELGIQUE curves along the lower periphery of the coin in large block letters.
