| Obverse description | Blue intaglio-printed note with a central text panel bearing the bank name LA BANQUE CANTONALE NEUCHÂTELOISE and the denomination CENT FRANCS in large letterpress, framed by an elaborate guilloche border. To the left stands an allegorical female figure in classical robes, and to the right a putto with a quiver, both rendered in fine engraving. The note carries handwritten series and serial number references, a date line reading NEUCHATEL 1er Mars 1906, and three manuscript signatures for LE CAISSIER, LE PRÉSIDENT, and LE DIRECTEUR beneath the central text. |
