Reverse description Three detailed ears of maize (corn) with husks and stalks are depicted in high relief at the center of the field, arranged in a fan-like composition typical of FAO agricultural commemorative issues. The circular legend 'DEVELOPPONS LA PRODUCTION' surrounds the design along the upper and lateral periphery, separated by the notched inner border. The engraver's signature appears in small lettering at the base of the central motif. The overall design reflects the FAO's campaign to promote agricultural productivity.
