A fasces appears in the lower left field and a Gallic rooster stands to the lower right. The engraver's signature A.B. and Dupré appear in the exergue. The circular legend RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE runs along the upper periphery within a toothed border, the whole composition executed in the neoclassical style after Augustin Dupré. |
