The "You Shall Not Covet Your Neighbour's Wife" coin is part of a commercially driven series issued by the Republic of Congo — formally the Republic of the Congo, not to be confused with the DR Congo — targeting the novelty bullion collector market. Congo has issued dozens of such theologically and culturally themed coins since the 2010s under licensing arrangements with European minting intermediaries, primarily Scottsdale Mint and B.H. Mayer's, with the actual striking done far from Brazzaville.
