| Obverse description | Bare-headed right-facing portrait bust of King Albert I of Belgium in military uniform, rendered in high relief with finely detailed epaulettes, braided collar, and a decorative order medallion on his chest. The effigy is boldly modeled in the medallic style characteristic of engraver Godefroid Devreese. The Dutch-language legend arcs around the upper and right periphery, separated by raised dot stops. The entire design is contained within a finely beaded inner border. |

| Reverse description | The Royal Arms of Belgium displayed as a large, elaborately mantled coat of arms centered in the field, featuring the Belgian lion rampant on the shield, surmounted by a royal crown and flanked by billowing heraldic mantling draped to either side. The denomination '100' appears to the left of the shield and 'FRK' to the right, with the engraver's signature 'G. DEVREESE' incuse in the lower left field. The date '1911' is placed in the exergue below the shield, and the design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
