| Reverse description | The reverse presents a majestic frontal depiction of Christ Pantocrator inspired by early Christian mosaic iconography, shown with a nimbus cross behind his head, his right hand raised in blessing and his left hand holding an open book inscribed with the Alpha and Omega symbols. Flanking the central figure on both sides are rows of standing apostolic or conciliar figures rendered in a stylized Byzantine manner against a dark field, evoking the spirit of the Second Vatican Council. Below Christ, the Holy Spirit is represented as a descending dove above a symbolic boat.
