| Descrizione del dritto | The national coat of arms of Cape Verde is displayed centrally in the copper-nickel field, featuring a triangle with a torch above horizontal lines symbolising the sea, encircled by the legend REPÚBLICA DE CABO VERDE. Flanking the arms are two stylised olive or palm branches rendered in low relief. The denomination numeral '100' appears prominently at the top of the brass ring, with the split date '19 94' positioned on either side of the central disc, and the legend 'ESCUDOS' inscribed along the lower arc of the ring. A small chain link motif is visible at the base of the central disc where it meets the ring. |
