Obverse description Central design features a detailed three-quarter perspective view of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia building, rendered in high relief with fine architectural detail including multi-pane windows, a central entrance portal, and a flat-roofed neoclassical facade. The denomination '100 ԴՐԱՄ' and the date '2003' appear in the lower field beneath the building. The Armenian legend 'ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ' curves along the upper periphery, while 'ԿԵՆՏՐՈՆԱԿԱՆ ԲԱՆԿ' is inscribed along the lower periphery, both in Armenian script. The overall composition is set against a highly polished mirror proof field.

Reverse description Central design features a large stylized spiral motif composed of overlapping curved blade-like elements radiating from a central point, evoking a dynamic rotational form symbolic of continuity and development. To the left of the spiral, three commemorative dates '1893', '1993', and '2003' are stacked vertically in the field, marking significant anniversaries of the Armenian state banking institution. The Armenian legend 'ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՊԵՏԱԿԱՆ ԲԱՆԿ' arcs along the upper periphery, while the Latin inscription 'ARMENIAN STATE BANK' curves along the lower periphery. A small designer's mark 'AD 225' appears to the right of the central motif. The reverse field is mirror-polished in proof finish.
