| Reverse description | Central motif is a detailed bust-length portrait of Portuguese football legend Eusébio da Silva Ferreira facing slightly left, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. Two stylized shield-shaped panels flank the portrait and are applied with vivid polychrome coloring in green, yellow, red, and black, with a football motif visible on the left shield. Eusébio's facsimile signature appears in the lower field beneath the portrait, accompanied by a small club emblem on his jersey. The engraver's initial 'k' is visible in the lower left field.
