Obverse description	The obverse is printed in blue-green and brown on plain paper, with a guilloche-patterned border running along all four edges. At centre, an intaglio portrait of Hồ Chí Minh is set within a wreath of rice stalks, flanked by two large underprint vignettes depicting armed and labouring figures.
