| Obverse description | Central device comprises the Great Seal of the United States, depicting a spread eagle with wings displayed, clutching an olive branch in its dexter talon and a bundle of arrows in its sinister talon, with a shield on its breast. The legend arcing around the upper field reads HUTT RIVER PROVINCE, with PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON and VICE PRESIDENT AL GORE inscribed along the left and right inner borders respectively. The inscription INAUGURATED JANUARY 20. 1993 curves along the lower inner border, and the denomination 100 DOLLARS appears in the lower field. The fineness mark .999 GOLD is inscribed above the eagle's head within the design. |
