Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse features the official seal of the Republic of the Marshall Islands rendered in high relief at the center of the field. The seal depicts a traditional Marshallese figure with outstretched wings flanked by a sailing canoe to the right and palm-fringed islets to the left, with a radiant sun above. Two diagonal lines frame the central device, and a navigation chart motif appears in the lower portion of the seal below the date 1988, above the word SEAL in a cartouche. The circular legend REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS arcs along the upper periphery, while the national motto JEPILPILIN KE EJUKAAN curves along the lower periphery, all separated by a decorative chain border.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse presents a dynamic full-figure effigy of Olympic diving champion Greg Louganis, depicted standing on a diving platform in a preparatory pose with one arm raised and the body in athletic stance, rendered in high sculptural relief against a dark field. A stylized scoreboard or judging panel is depicted to the right of the figure. The legend GREG LOUGANIS arcs along the left periphery and THE PERFECT 10 along the upper right, referencing his celebrated perfect-score achievements. The denomination 100 DOLLARS is inscribed along the lower border, with decorative dots flanking the inscription.
