Saint Ludmila appears on the left, depicted facing slightly right, wearing a jewelled crown and veil with a radiant nimbus; Saint Wenceslas appears on the right, facing slightly left, adorned with an ornate bejewelled crown and richly embroidered ceremonial vestments, also with a nimbus.
