Reverse description A boldly sculpted, roaring lion rampant dominates the centre of the reverse, rendered in high relief with fine mane detail and selective gold plating applied to the heraldic shield it supports and to the furled Parliament flag at its side. The shield bears the quartered Royal Arms of England with lions passant guardant, highlighted in gold. A wreath of maple leaves in polished silver encircles the left field. The legend '100 DOLLARS CANADA 2018' is inscribed in two lines along the upper right periphery in incuse Latin characters, with the reeded rim bordered by a gold-plated edge.
