Obverse description The sixth and final official effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, as designed by Jody Clark, occupies the centre of the obverse in high relief. The Queen is portrayed in right-facing profile, wearing the George IV State Diadem and a pearl necklace with drop earring, rendered with exceptional sculptural detail. The engraver's initials 'JC' appear discreetly below the truncation of the bust. The circumferential legend reads 'ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA' in the upper field, with the denomination '100 DOLLARS' and the fineness specification '1oz 9999 Au' completing the inscription along the lower arc.

Reverse description The reverse, designed by Monique Reeves, features a powerful high-relief depiction of a tiger crouching assertively atop a rocky outcrop, its mouth open in a snarl and its muscular form rendered with fine engraved detail across its striped coat. The animal faces left, conveying dynamism and strength in the tradition of the Perth Mint's Lunar Series III coinage. To the upper left of the field, the Chinese character '虎' (Tiger) is inscribed above the English legend 'TIGER' and the date '2022'. The Perth Mint 'P' mintmark appears to the left, and the engraver's initials 'MR' are visible at the base of the design near the rock formation.
