Reverse description The reverse presents a highly detailed depiction of a Chinese dragon rendered in the traditional East Asian style, its sinuous, scale-covered body coiling dynamically across the entire field. The dragon's head faces forward with an open mouth, flowing whiskers, and elaborate mane, while one foreleg clutches a flaming pearl — a classic symbol of wisdom and good fortune — in the lower left of the field. The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark appears to the left of the design, and the engraver's initials JM are incused near the lower centre. The legend 2020 1oz 9999 GOLD is inscribed along the upper border within a recessed arc, with the 'P' mintmark also appearing at left.
