Two large circular guilloche rosettes carrying the denomination numeral '100' are positioned at the left and right extremities. The bank title 'BARCLAYS BANK (DOMINION, COLONIAL AND OVERSEAS) FORMERLY THE COLONIAL BANK' arches across the upper portion, with founding and re-incorporation details inscribed beneath the central arms.
