Obverse description The quartered coat of arms of Andorra occupies the central field, divided into four quarters: upper left bearing a mitre and crozier representing the Bishop of Urgell, upper right displaying vertical bars on plain field, lower left showing vertical stripes in the Catalan tradition, and lower right depicting two cattle passant. The arms are enclosed within a plain inner circle, with the circular legend reading JOAN D.M. BISBE D'URGELL I PRINCEP D'ANDORRA along the upper periphery. Four small stars are arranged along the lower rim below the inner circle.
