备注	Zagreb's 1991 emergency guardsmen notes are among the most historically compressed pieces of paper to come out of the Yugoslav dissolution. The city issued these vouchers specifically to pay members of the Croatian National Guard — ZNG — when the formal banking infrastructure had broken down and the federal dinar was becoming operationally useless. They were never intended as general circulation currency and were redeemable only within a narrow institutional framework. Local printing under wartime conditions means quality control was inconsistent across the run. Paper stock and impression sharpness vary noticeably between surviving examples.
