| 表面の説明 | The state emblem of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia occupies the central field, depicting a torch with a stylised flame rising above crossed sheaves of wheat bound by a ribbon bearing the foundational date 29·XI·1943. A five-pointed star surmounts the composition. A circular legend in both Latin and Cyrillic scripts surrounds the emblem along the periphery, with the denomination expressed as 'D 100 Д' at the base of the border. |

| 裏面の説明 | A dynamic relief scene in the central field depicts a group of partisan figures raising banners and flags aloft, referencing the Second Session of AVNOJ held at Jajce on 29 November 1943, at which the Yugoslav federal republic was proclaimed. A stylised laurel branch frames the lower portion of the inner field on each side. The commemorative dates '29. XI 1943 - 29. XI 1968.' are inscribed along the upper periphery, while the place name 'JAJCE · JAJЦЕ' in both Latin and Cyrillic scripts appears along the lower border. |

Issued to mark the 25th anniversary of the Anti-Fascist Council of National Liberation of Yugoslavia (AVNOJ), which held its second session at Jajce in November 1943 — the meeting at which Tito's Partisans formally declared a postwar federal state and stripped the government-in-exile of legitimacy. That session effectively decided Yugoslavia's postwar structure before the war had ended. The coin was struck in a modest proof edition intended largely for the collector market, with minimal circulation.
