| Obverse description | Printed in dull black on an olive-green underprint, the face is dominated by an elaborate radiating guilloche vignette at left centre, with the large numeral "100" set within the centre of the lathe-work pattern. To the right, the issuing authority name appears in both Latin and Cyrillic scripts, followed by the Governor's title and signature, the date "1. JULI – SRPANJ 1992", and a smaller guilloche panel bearing the numeral "100" at lower right. A vertical anti-counterfeiting warning in Bosnian and Serbian runs along the left margin of the guilloche field. |
