正面描述 Printed in green on white cotton paper, the obverse centres on an oval vignette portrait of young King Peter II in civilian dress, framed by intricate guilloche rosettes on either side. The bank title НАРОДНА БАНКА КРАЉЕВИНЕ ЈУГОСЛАВИЈЕ is inscribed in Cyrillic across the top, with the denomination numeral 100 appearing in each upper corner. A red SPECIMEN overprint is applied diagonally across both the left and right guilloche rosettes, and two cancellation punch holes are visible at the lower centre.

背面描述 The reverse, engraved in green, presents a wide panoramic vignette of an industrial riverside landscape with factory buildings, smokestacks, and agricultural fields stretching to a wooded horizon. The inscription КРАЉЕВИНА ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА runs along the upper border, while СТО ДИНАРА appears on a central panel at the bottom flanked by the numeral 100 in each lower corner. Two cancellation punch holes are visible at the lower centre, consistent with the specimen treatment.

备注

Pick 35D belongs to the wartime emergency issues produced under the German occupation government in Serbia — the Narodna Banka Kraljevine Jugoslavije had ceased to function as a genuinely sovereign institution by this point, and notes issued under its name after 1941 were effectively instruments of occupation finance. The 1943 dating places this in the later phase of that arrangement, when the collaborationist administration under Milan Nedić was managing day-to-day Serbian economic life under Axis supervision.

Inflation and hoarding were severe enough that higher denominations circulated heavily and wore quickly. Fine or better survivors are less common than the issue volume might suggest.
