| Obverse description | The central vignette occupies the right two-thirds of the note and presents the elaborately carved wooden ceiling medallion from the Debar/Dibra Town House, rendered in fine intaglio line work within an octagonal frame; the denomination numeral "100" appears in large guilloche-overlaid figures to the left against a violet and gold underprint. A small archaic figurine vignette is placed at upper left, with a decorative ewer at lower left, and the issuer inscription runs along the lower margin above the date and two facsimile signatures. |
