The bank title NGÂN-HÀNG QUỐC-GIA VIỆT-NAM runs across the top in bold letterpress, with red serial numbers flanking the central scene at upper left and right. Denomination numerals "100" appear in ornate guilloche cartouches at each corner, and the value legend MỘT TRĂM ĐỒNG is set in a solid panel at the foot of the note, above two facsimile signatures.
