The right half presents a large oval intaglio vignette portrait of a young woman with loosely styled hair within a richly ornamented Art Nouveau guilloche border, with denomination numerals '100' at the upper corners. The left half carries the bold heading 'HUNDERT KRONEN' above the date 'WIEN 2. JÄNNER 1912' and the bank title 'OESTERREICHISCH-UNGARISCHE BANK' with two facsimile signatures, while the denomination is repeated in eight languages along the lower margin. |
