The extended print run across two separate contractors — Canadian Bank Note Company and Oberthur Fiduciaire — reflects a procurement strategy common among Andean central banks during this period, when no single supplier was granted exclusive contracts. Notes from different series within F through J can show subtle but detectable differences in ink density and screen ruling, a consequence of each printer applying their own interpretation of the original artwork specification rather than working from a shared production file.
The "Moreno" suffix distinguishes this from earlier brown-toned 100 Bolivianos issues and is a collector convenience rather than an official bank designation.
