Obverse description	The obverse is dominated by a central pastoral vignette of Venezuelan llano life, with horsemen and cattle drivers on horseback herding livestock across an open plain, rendered in finely detailed intaglio. The bank title BANCO DE VENEZUELA and the subtitle SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA are inscribed in bold letterpress across the upper portion, flanked on either side by green guilloche medallions bearing the numeral 100. The lower margin carries the obligation text PAGADERO AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO, the issuing city CARACAS, and three facsimile signature lines, with the printer imprint of the American Bank Note Company at the bottom center.

Reverse description	The reverse is engraved in a monochromatic olive-green palette, centered on the Venezuelan national coat of arms within a large circular guilloche frame, flanked by two square guilloche panels each bearing the numeral 100. The inscription BANCO DE is carried across the top arc above the arms, while the word VENEZUELA appears in a solid panel at the foot of the central design. A fine engine-turned guilloche border runs the full perimeter of the note, and the American Bank Note Company imprint is present in small type at the base.
