The bank name in Arabic script appears at upper centre within an ornate cartouche, with the denomination in large Arabic calligraphy at centre flanked by the Sultan's facsimile signature and the inscription 'Sultan Oman' below. The date in both Hijri and Gregorian calendars is printed at lower left within a decorative border of arabesques and floral scrollwork. |
