A decorative band of traditional floral and ruyi scroll ornamentation runs along the lower register, with a serial number and printer's mark at bottom.

The "Baifu" — literally "hundred fortunes" — series sits squarely in that tradition of auspicious-themed issues sold through philatelic and numismatic channels rather than circulated through banking infrastructure.
