Obverse description Bare-headed effigy of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) facing slightly left, wearing spectacles and an ornately embroidered ceremonial collar, rendered in high relief. The legend in Thai script arcs along the left and right fields, reading the king's name and reign title. A beaded border runs along the inner rim of the coin.
