At center, a colorized icon of the Virgin and Child is inset, framed by an ornamental surround. To the left and right stand relief figures of saints identified by inscriptions — Simon the Canaanite and Panteleimon — each with gilt halos. The field around the central cross-shaped composition features relief architectural and religious motifs, with a multi-line Abkhaz inscription in the lower center and the founding date 1875 incorporated into the text.
