| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of Rwanda occupies the central field, rendered in high relief within a circular border. The shield displays a traditional Rwandan knot motif at its base, flanked by two crossed sorghum stalks and coffee branches, surmounted by a sun above a stylised representation of the country's landscape.
