Obverse description The crowned Polish white eagle displayed, with wings raised and head turned to sinister, occupies the central field. The date 1991 is split by the eagle's body, with '19' to the left and '91' to the right. The circular legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' runs along the upper periphery, punctuated by raised dots. The denomination 'ZŁ 100000 ZŁ' is rendered in large numerals along the lower field, flanking the eagle's talons. The overall design is executed in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field.
