ÉVI OKTÓBER HÓ 23-ÁN" and the issuer name "MAGYAR NEMZETI BANK" appear; three facsimile signatures with their respective titles (FŐTANÁCSOS, ELNÖK, VEZÉRIGAZGATÓ) are printed beneath.
