Obverse description Green and rose-pink notgeld printed on plain paper, enclosed within a finely tooled guilloche border with green foliate ornaments repeating the denomination '100.000' along the lateral margins. A large diamond-shaped guilloche underprint in rose-pink occupies the centre, over which the denomination 'Hunderttausend Mark' is set in bold Fraktur letterpress. Above, the heading 'Gutschein' appears in Gothic script, followed by two lines of restrictive text and a payment clause. The lower portion carries the place and date of issue at left, two manuscript signatures above the printed authority 'Henschel & Sohn G.m.b.H. / Abt. Henrichshütte / Die Direktion' at right, and a serial number in the upper right corner.

Reverse description Reverse printed in the same green and rose-pink colour scheme as the obverse, with an identical guilloche border and lateral denomination panels. The central diamond-shaped underprint in rose-pink carries the large Fraktur denomination 'Hunderttausend Mark', surmounted by the heading 'Gutschein über' in Gothic script, all enclosed within elaborate calligraphic scrollwork flourishes above and below the denomination panel. The design is purely typographic and ornamental, without pictorial vignettes.
