The Bank of Whitman was a real institution — a small state-chartered bank in Colfax, Washington, that failed in 1969 — but this note is not one of its issues. "100 000 Bucks" novelty notes of this type are printed souvenirs, produced commercially for the gag gift and tourist trade, with no monetary status whatsoever. The deer-pun denomination is the giveaway.
