| 正面描述 | Printed in black letterpress over an orange underprint on cream paper, the obverse carries the bold gothic denomination '100 000 000' at the top, below which the spelled-out value 'Einhundert Millionen Mark' appears in large Fraktur type, all enclosed within double-rule borders. The Thuringian coat of arms — a shield charged with a row of stars — occupies the lower left, set against a dense underprint of repeated numerals, while the place and date of issue 'Weimar, den 9. August 1923' and the authority 'Die Landesregierung' are inscribed centrally above two facsimile manuscript signatures. A vertical column of anti-counterfeiting statutory text runs along the right margin in orange. |

| 备注 |
The Thüringische Staatsbank was one of dozens of regional German institutions authorized to issue emergency Notgeld during the hyperinflation of 1923, when the Reichsbank's own output couldn't keep pace with the collapse in purchasing power. By August of that year, a 100-million Mark denomination was worth roughly the price of a newspaper — briefly. Within weeks it was functionally worthless.
The Series B orange distinguishes this printing run from at least one earlier series, suggesting demand required multiple press runs in rapid succession. Weimar as the production site is consistent with the bank's base of operations in Thuringia.
