| Description de l’avers | Orange and black letterpress note dated 25 September 1923, with the heading "Dieser Gutschein Reihe A über" above the bold denomination "EINHUNDERT MILLIONEN MARK", followed by a block of German text establishing terms of validity and acceptance by communal banks, savings institutions, and named district banks, with multiple manuscript signatures of the Landräte, Kreisausschüsse members, the Vereinigung der Industriellen von Düren und Umgegend e.V., and the Handelskammer Stolberg across the lower centre alongside a serial letter and printed serial number. To the right, a finely engraved allegorical vignette presents a standing female figure in classical drapery on a plinth, accompanied by a seated putto below. A red overprint stamp on the left margin extends validity for circulation in Aachen and Köln until 1 April 1924. |

Sparkassen, sowie den Banken der Kreise Düren, Euskirchen, Jülich, Schleiden u. d. Stolberg-Eschweiler Industriebezirks in Zahlung genommen. Der Schein verliert seine Gültigkeit mit Ablauf von 2 Wochen nach Aufruf in den Tageszeitungen der oben genannten Bezirke Düren, Euskirchen, Jülich, Schleiden, Stolberg, Eschweiler, den 25. | Description du revers | Printed in dark brown on plain paper, the reverse carries a dense guilloche underprint formed by repeated district name text arranged in horizontal bands across the entire field. At centre, a circular medallion encloses the numeral "100" above the word "MILLIONEN." in bold serif type, framed by a laurel wreath held aloft by two winged putti standing on either side. The names of the issuing districts arc along the upper border, while ornate corner rosettes and a fine rectangular outer border complete the design. |
